Summer is usually not the ideal weather for photography, a few photographers seem to be complaining a lot about it, but in it this image I do love the greenery that the Peak District has to offer during summer. Although this location has been photographed many times, I never saw this scene where this amazing lone tree was bushy and green.
This photograph is quite special to me; after a year of struggling with pain in my knee and other personal issues waking up at 4 AM and hiking there made me feel like a new person. After finding the composition, I sat down in the grass with my coffee and enjoyed the show forgetting about all issues being in peace.
