Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping for all our fine art prints. Each print is custom-made to order to ensure the highest quality.

Production Times

Since every print is produced individually, please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order is dispatched. Books and calendars (when in stock) are usually dispatched within 2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Switzerland & UK: 2-4 business days
• Europe: 3-7 business days
• USA & Canada: 5-10 business days
• Rest of World: 7-14 business days

Customs & Duties

For international orders (outside the country of production), your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. Adrien Ledoux Photography is not responsible for these additional charges. Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Take clear photos of the damage (print and packaging) and email them to us. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible free of charge.

Change of Mind

As our fine art prints are custom-made to order, we cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you have selected the correct size and image before placing your order.
